Thank you for visiting my website.  I’d like to tell you a little more about myself and why I´m the best person to trust with your next real estate transaction.  I was born and raised in the San Diego area and have been serving the local real estate needs of my clients since 1976. 

I currently reside in Scripps Ranch with my wife, Sheri, where we have successfully raised two children, Natalie and Johnny.  I specialize in the North County Inland and Coastal communities but I have experience representing buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.

With over 35 years of experience and over 2000 successful closed transactions, I have been recognized nationally by relocation firms & banking institutions as a Top Negotiator, with a no nonsense approach.  I have also consulted for and represented some of San Diego’s Top Builders and have been recognized by local law firms as an expert in the field of real estate.  My current and past clients have helped me become the Number 1 ranked Coldwell Banker agent in the Scripps Ranch community, and I have achieved sales that recognized me in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

Johnny Ferreira

Johnny was born and raised in San Diego and now owns his own home in Scripps Ranch.  Johnny attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 2003 to 2007 where he earned a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Management. While attending PLNU, Johnny also played golf on the collegiate level as well as the top amateur level.  Johnny has a strong history of sales with over 8 years of experience ranging from retail sales to auto insurance sales where he obtained a license with 10 different states in less than 2 months. In 2010 Johnny was named Coldwell Banker San Diego Rookie of the year.  Johnny takes a no nonsense approach to business and prides himself on his hard work ethic and ability to get things done. Johnny States -"My Goal in every transaction is to help my clients to become educated in all aspects of the buying and selling process, while surpassing their expectations through negotiating the best deal possible".

Julie Zamba

With more than 20 years of professional experience in the real estate industry and over 14 years with Steve Ferreira as a licensed realtor associate/partner, Julie is an integral part of coordinating the team's day-to-day activities and real estate transactions.  Having an extensive background in marketing and office management easily enables her to facilitate coordinating all aspects of a transaction which involves advertising, contracts and disclosures... all with the aim of increasing client service quality.  Currently, Julie enjoys living in Scripps Ranch where she enjoys raising her two young sons with her husband, Robert.
